Jackie Vince FCA
With over 30 years of experience in both Practice and Industry, Jackie owns and expertly manages the business, actively engaging with clients. Her enthusiastic and determined nature, coupled with her strong knowledge and passion, are key to the company's direction. When she's not leading the team, Jackie enjoys spending time with her two beautiful dogs, Max and Benji.
Accounts Manager
Sue
Sue is our highly organised and methodical Accounts Manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge accumulated from nearly 25 years of experience in Practice. Her ability to creatively solve problems makes her a valuable asset to the team. Beyond her expertise, Sue fosters a positive atmosphere and shares invaluable insights. Interestingly, she first worked with Jackie 22 years ago and is the proud owner of two lively dogs, Meg and Ronnie.
Trainee Accountant
Isabelle
As a Trainee Accountant, Isabelle combines her methodical and organized nature with a creative flair and strong technological skills, quickly making her the office’s go-to Xero expert. Currently pursuing her AAT qualification, Isabelle's recent career change reflects her enthusiasm to follow in her mother's footsteps and actively support the business's expansion. In her free time, Isabelle can often be found soaking up the sunshine at the local pub.
VAT Manager
Helen
As our VAT Manager, Helen expertly handles all aspects of VAT, from preparing returns to liaising with clients. Her calm but friendly approach complements her deep understanding of VAT regulations, evidenced by her qualification with the IAB. Having been a valued member of our team for 7 years, with prior experience at the practice, Helen's knowledge is a significant asset.
Payroll Manager
Wayne
As our AAT qualified Payroll Manager, Wayne is responsible for the comprehensive handling of all payroll and CIS matters. His passionate, determined, and highly motivated nature drives his commitment to perfection in every task. Wayne's bubbly and welcoming personality makes him a joy to work with, and he often surprises colleagues with his random knowledge.

Bridget
Bridget is our dedicated Office Manager, responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and providing a warm welcome to all our clients. With over 20 years of service in the industry, she offers a unique perspective on its growth and development.
Our Office
Our office is located in a beautiful barn in the heart of Southwick, where the door is always open to our clients! We have on-site parking available and an accessible post box for dropping in your documents when we are not in the office.
